Return Process

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unused tools in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship to TileTools

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
